Dogs are in these examples, but all pets and animals, furry, feathery, scaly, etc are welcome!

This PDF file will be print ready, and you can have it printed at any local shop! (If you order a portrait with more than one pet, the pets will be grouped together within the single wreath. Each pet does not have their own wreath.)
– A Social Media Ready Image of your portrait perfect for showing off your pet on Facebook or Instagram!
–Uploaded to the Pet Portrait Parlor! (Additional $10 Service Fee) I can upload your portrait to my “Pet Portrait Parlor” where you can order your portrait on a variety of items such as t-shirts, pillows, posters, stickers, coffee mugs, even blankets!

To begin purchasing a pet portrait on the site, you must first purchase a $25 Pet Portrait Downpayment Slot. This Downpayment Slot is your claim to one of the few pet portraits I have available at this time. Essentially, you are locking in your commitment to purchasing a pet portrait.
After purchasing the Slot and providing me with your email information, you will receive an email from me regarding any additional fees pertaining to your commission request, your Pet Portrait Details Due Date, and your Portrait Start Date. (The due date for the details will be no earlier than one week after purchase, but is not limited to one week. Dates may fluctuate due to my current pet portrait schedule.)
An invoice link will also be provided. Your downpayment will be subtracted from your final commission fee. You will have 48 hours to pay your total commission fee. If the fee hasn’t been paid within 48 hours, the commission request will be cancelled. The Downpayment Slot will become available to the public again. Custom Pet Portrait Services are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.
After payment is received through the project invoice, the next step is for your to submit your Pet Portrait Details by the provided due date. (See “It’s All In the Details” section on this page below, for more information on portrait details.) If I have not received the necessary details by the date provided, your purchase will be cancelled and will be put on Hold for 3 months. Should you wish to proceed with the portrait process, you will be required to pay for the portrait services again at the rate of 50% of the original purchase fee. After 3 months have passed from the due date, the purchase will be Archived. You then may request to reopen the portrait process, and you will be required to pay for the portrait services again in full. (Mewdesi reserves the right to determine new project start dates. Mewdesi reserves the right to determine if previous discounts will be honored upon re-purchasing. Mewdesi reserves the right to refuse service if deemed necessary.)
Once your Pet Portrait Details are received, your portrait process will begin on the Portrait Start Date. (Even if you submit your Pet Portrait Details early, this does NOT mean your Portrait Start Date will be moved up. If my schedule allows, I may inquire about beginning your portrait earlier than originally stated, but this is not guaranteed. Either way, it’s always better to submit your details as early as possible!
Below is a list of details I will need from you to successfully create your portrait! Don’t worry, I will provide an Information Submission Form where you will submit all of these details after purchasing! (It is best to know the finalized details of your portrait before ordering.)
• Photos of your pet(s). Send as many as possible, the more the merrier! three clear, well-lit headshot photos per pet. At minimum, please send the following for each pet within the portrait: three clear, well-lit headshot photos per pet. These photos should be well lit and showcase your pet’s natural colors. I will reference your pets colors directly from these photos. Ideally, these photos should be at ground level with your pet, and should not contain weird angles such as looking down at your pet, or looking up at your pet. It’s important for me to understand your pets figure, face, and markings! (More photos may be requested if I feel I don’t have the best understanding of your pet’s face.)
• Pet name, breed (if known), and gender.
• Pet’s personality, likes/dislikes. Tell me all about your pets, and how you like spend time with them!
• Eye color.
• Wreath details. This wreath can include favorite flowers, colors, simple objects, or a proposed theme! For example, if your pet loves the ocean, I can create a beach-inspired wreath. If you would like specific personal objects to be included within your wreath, I may ask for photo references of those items. If you’re unsure of what you would like your wreath to look like, I can suggest a solution based on the provided details above! (Reminder: there is a single wreath for the portrait. If you ordered a portrait with more than one pet, the pets will be grouped together within the single wreath. Each pet does not have their own wreath.)
Two(2) rounds of revisions are included for the Wreath Pet Portrait: One after the initial Sketch phase and another after the Flat Color Phase. Extra rounds of revisions may result in extra fees.
The current processing time is 2-3 weeks from your Portrait Start Date. Understand that communication is key to receiving your portrait on time and that if communication is delayed, the portrait timeline is delayed proportionately. If a Phase of the portrait has been sent for review by Mewdesi, you have 48 hours to respond with a request for any edits. If a request has not been made or a response has not been received within 48 hours, this will be accepted as an automatic approval and any edits on the delivered Phase will be forfeited, and Mewdesi will proceed onto the next Phase of the portrait.
