I create a whimsical illustration of your pets incorporating your celebrations florals, colors, and/or theme. You and your guests will love this drink menu portraying your fauna family members!

Pet Portrait Services Information

Read below for complete pet portrait details.

What You Get

Drink Menu:

– A 16in x 20in download of your menu featuring your pets with your wedding theme wreath and a drink menu layout. (This print can be downsized by your printer if you would like to print a smaller version such as an 8in x 10in.)

– Match wedding colors and florals! Bowties and special collars make your pets apart of the wedding party! White background or Black background. Faint florals within background added upon request.

– 300 DPI High Resolution. This PDF file will be print ready, and you can have it printed at any local shop or online service! (Example shown is 8inx10in. Size of menu does not affect the price.)

How to Buy

To begin purchasing a Wedding Drink Menu on the site, you must first purchase a $25 Drink Menu Downpayment Slot. This Downpayment Slot is your claim to one of the few custom commissions I have available at this time. Essentially, you are locking in your commitment to purchasing a commission.

After purchasing the Slot and providing me with your email information, you will receive an email from me within 24 hours regarding any additional fees pertaining to your commission request, your Drink Menu Details Due Date, and your Drink Menu Start Date. (The due date for the details will be no earlier than one week after purchase, but is not limited to one week. Dates may fluctuate due to my current commission schedule.)

An invoice link will also be provided. Your downpayment will be subtracted from your final commission fee. You will have 48 hours to pay your total commission fee. If the fee hasn’t been paid within 48 hours, the commission request will be cancelled. The Downpayment Slot will become available to the public again. Custom Commission Services are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.

After payment is received through the project invoice, the next step is for your to submit your Drink Menu Details by the provided due date. (See “It’s All In the Details” section on this page below, for more information on portrait details.) If I have not received the necessary details by the date provided, your purchase will be cancelled and will be put on Hold for 3 months. Should you wish to proceed with the commission process, you will be required to pay for the commission services again at the rate of 50% of the original purchase fee. After 3 months have passed from the due date, the purchase will be Archived. You then may request to reopen the commission process, and you will be required to pay for the commission services again in full. (Mewdesi reserves the right to determine new project start dates. Mewdesi reserves the right to determine if previous discounts will be honored upon re-purchasing. Mewdesi reserves the right to refuse service if deemed necessary.)

Once your Drink Menu Portrait Details are received, your commission process will begin on the Drink Menu Start Date. (Even if you submit your Drink Menu Details early, this does NOT mean your Drink Menu Start Date will be moved up. If my schedule allows, I may inquire about beginning your portrait earlier than originally stated, but this is not guaranteed. Either way, it’s always better to submit your details as early as possible!

It's All In the Details!

Below is a list of details I will need from you to successfully create your Drink Menu! Don’t worry, I will provide an Information Submission Form where you will submit all of these details after purchasing! (It is best to know the finalized details of your Drink Menu before ordering.)

• Photos of your pet(s). Send as many as possible, the more the merrier! three clear, well-lit headshot photos per pet. At minimum, please send the following for each pet within the portrait: three clear, well-lit headshot photos per pet. These photos should be well lit and showcase your pet’s natural colors. I will reference your pets colors directly from these photos. Ideally, these photos should be at ground level with your pet, and should not contain weird angles such as looking down at your pet, or looking up at your pet. It’s important for me to understand your pets figure, face, and markings! (More photos may be requested if I feel I don’t have the best understanding of your pet’s face.)

• Pet name, breed (if known), and gender.

• Pet’s personality, likes/dislikes. Tell me all about your pets, and how you like spend time with them!

• Eye color.

• Menu details. Would you like a “Beer & Wine” menu or a “Cocktail” Menu? Please provide me with all of your details and indicate which pet you would like to assign to each category or cocktail.

• Wedding details. What florals, colors, or theme are you using for your event? This will help me create the floral arrangement for your portraits and determine the colors for your menu including font colors.

• Custom fonts? Would you like custom fonts? Or are you happy with the default fonts within the Example menu? If you would like custom chosen fonts, please send me pictures of your Save the Dates, Invitations, or Pinterest wedding inspo boards! This will help me determine the best fonts and style of your menu. If no inspiration is sent alongside your pet photos or no customization is requested, my default fonts will be used. Fonts can not be changed upon completion of the menu.

Terms & Conditions

Process

The current processing time is 2-3 weeks after your Drink Menu Start Date. Understand that communication is key to receiving your drink menu on time and that if communication is delayed, the drink menu timeline is delayed proportionately. If a Phase of the menu has been sent for review by Mewdesi, you have 48 hours to respond with a request for any edits. If a request has not been made or a response has not been received within 48 hours, this will be accepted as an automatic approval and any edits on the delivered Phase will be forfeited, and Mewdesi will proceed onto the next Phase of the drink menu.

You will receive these Phases in the following order: Pet Portrait and Wreath Sketches, Pet Portrait and Wreath Flat Colors, Pet Portrait and Wreath Details, Wedding Drink Menu Layout, Wedding Drink Menu Color Options.

Revisions

For the Pet Portraits & Wreath: Two(2) Rounds of revisions are included: One after the initial Sketch phase and another after the Flat Color Phase. Please understand that extra rounds of revisions may result in extra fees. Pet portraits and wreath cannot be edited once the menu layout phase has begun.

For the Menu Custom Fonts: Should you choose to have custom fonts, two(2) options will be included. One(1) additonal option can be provided upon request. Only three(3) options total will be permitted. Additional options may result in extra fees.

For Menu Colors: Two color options of your text will be provided. One additional option can be provided upon request. Only three(3) options total will be permitted. Additional options may result in extra fees.

NOTE: When submitting your menu in the Information Submission Form, your menu must be FINAL. Requests to change your menu after the project has begun may result in additional fees.

No revisions are included for the Kids Coloring Pages or Social Media/Email Reminders.
